2} Did you experience challenges getting reliable transportation (work, probation, medical, daily needs)?
3} In your first 30 days, did you struggle to get enough food or necessities?
4} Did you have a family member, mentor or peer you could rely on for support?
5} Did probation/parole provide you with needed resources (housing, jobs, counseling)?
6} Would more peer-led reentry homes/programs have helped?
7} Would more comprehensive and realistic re-entry and lifeskills classes while incarcerated have helped to reduce frustration and anxiety by better preparing you?
8} Did lack of ID (SS card, birth certificate) delay your housing or employment?
9} Did a criminal record prevent you from getting a job you were qualified for?
10} Did you feel welcomed back by the community, or judged/stigmatized?
11} Would job training/trade certifications while in a reentry home increase confidence?
